A two-layer training short that holds its position. The outer shell is cut relaxed for airflow; the inner liner is compressive and stays locked down — the part most 2-in-1 shorts get wrong.

Dual-layer construction reduces chafing, while breathable, quick-drying fabric with four-way stretch keeps you moving freely. Two side pockets, a hidden phone pocket in the lining that stops a phone swinging mid-stride, and an elastic waistband with drawstring. 11cm inseam.

Liner doesn't ride up at all

Usually 2-in-1 shorts ride up my thighs when running at East Coast Park, but the inner compression liner on this stays locked down. Very breathable.

Solid gym shorts

Fabric quality is legit. Phone pocket in the inner lining holds my phone secure without bouncing while on the treadmill. Will get the blue pair next.

Quality is great, liner is fitted

Material and outer cut are top quality. The inner liner is slightly snug on the quads, so if you do heavy squats or have thicker thighs maybe size up one. Would prefer if have a pocket for inner lining.

Great for HIIT sessions

Really good mobility for burpees and box jumps. The waistband doesn't slip down and stays completely dry even during intense workouts.

Great fit and very durable

Found my new favorite pair of training shorts. They have a very clean, premium look without loud logos. The fabric is breathable and moves with you. They also dry super fast after a wash, which is great because I'm wearing them almost every day now.

The ultimate 'all-day' shorts

These are the perfect hybrid shorts. I've worn them for leg day, a quick run, and even for a casual lunch. The material has a nice stretch to it so you don't feel restricted during deep squats. The pockets are deep enough that my phone doesn't fly out when I sit down. And I love the small secret pocket at the back to keep my keys.
